My journey on this path began many moons ago during my high school years. It all started when my then-boyfriend experienced debilitating migraines. His mother, an acupuncturist, guided me in alleviating his pain. She introduced me to the concept of viewing the body as a holistic being, sensing the ebb and flow of energy, and understanding its imbalances. That pivotal moment opened my eyes to a whole new realm of health, healing, and energy, igniting an unwavering passion within me.

I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine in college and embarked on an apprenticeship in Japan, where I started a family. During my time there, I explored the realms of nutrition and became a certified holistic health coach through IIN. I also received Usui Reiki attunements and trained as a Thai masseuse in Thailand.

Working closely with clients and guiding them through transformative six-month programs, I realized over time that deep-seated beliefs and energies often hinder individuals from making the necessary changes to live in alignment with their true selves and dreams and reach their goals. This revelation ignited a stronger commitment to addressing these underlying aspects and facilitating true growth and transformation.

After relocating to the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area, I studied Celtic Shamanism with Cara Deva with an initial desire to heal my Celtic roots, which led me on a deep and profound two-year-plus journey of becoming a Certified Shamanic Practitioner. In the process, I completed my Usui Reiki Master attunements and began to explore sound healing. It was during this exploration that I was introduced to Biofield Tuning—a unique and powerful approach that resonated with my being on an intuitive level. Fully embracing this technique, I did my trainings in person with Eileen Day Mckusick and have been an Advanced Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner since 2019. This work has not only transformed me along with Shamanism but has also touched the lives of those around me and many clients along the way. I can genuinely say that I am a different person from who I was just a few years ago, living fully in alignment with my truth.

Along this path, I have also had the privilege of studying with Ani Williams, delving into her beautiful approach to voice analysis through her Song Gaia Sound Alchemy training. Furthermore, I am an advanced student of BioGeometry—a fascinating field that combines principles of geometry, physics, vibration and subtle energy and offers an incredible understanding of the energetic interactions between our surroundings and our well-being, addressing everything from the individual to the environment. I have also studied with Maria Wheatley, a master dowser. During my time with Maria, I focused on mastering the Isis pendulum—an ancient and powerful tool and energetic. I’ve also studied with John Stuart Reid and Dr. John Beaulieu.
