Each 75 - 90 minute, in-person session $125.00
Remote Biofield Tuning Sessions
Remote Biofield Tuning sessions are just as powerful as in-person sessions and you get the extra benefit of relaxing in the comfort of your own home.
Each 75 - 90 minute, remote session $125.00
Biofield Tuning Partner Session
Couples, business partners, colleagues, siblings and any relationship. This session focuses on the overlapping field of the duo and brings greater coherence and harmony into the relationship field. Please note the prerequisite of a minimum of one individual Biofield Tuning session before doing a partner session.
60 minute, in-person or remote (both people must be present either in-person or over zoom) $150.00
Group Biofield Tuning Session
Group Biofield Tuning for 3-5 people. Working on the greater overlapping, resonating field of the group. Please note that this is different from an individualized session and serves more the collective.
75-90 minute, in-person or remotely $200.00
Three sessions in-person or remote $300.00

How to prepare for a session
To prepare for your session, please begin to hydrate well starting a few days before your scheduled session. This will help with the ease and flow of the work and will especially be helpful if any detoxing occurs. Wear comfortable clothing and please remember to turn off cell phones and remove glasses, watches, oura rings and any other electrical devices you may be wearing.
Aftercare
The work that takes place in each session can continue to integrate in the emotional, physical, mental and energetic body for up to a few days afterwards (sometimes much longer) and will likely have ripple effects in ones energy system and life. It is very important to be mindful and create a supportive environment for yourself to be present to energy moving and to hold space for yourself to integrate energy.
Aftercare includes drinking lots of water, taking epsom salt bath soaks for ideally 30 minutes (epsom foot soaks work as well), grounding, journaling, allowing yourself to possibly get some extra rest, and following creative energies and inspirations that may arise. If you are a dreamer, paying extra attention to your dreams can be very interesting. You may suddenly have a surge in energy and get to tasks that you have been procrastinating on as well.
Please know that on occasion one may experience a detox effect and that this is completely normal. This should last no longer than a few days and I am here for additional support if needed.
